Standard stock sizes start from 50 pieces per size. Fully custom-machined gaskets, die-formed rings and private-label packaging are quoted from 100 pieces. Mixed containers combining gaskets, packing and sheets are accepted, so you can test several product lines in one order.
We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, with CIF, CFR and DDP options available. Typical lead time is 7–15 working days for stock items and 20–30 working days for custom production. Payment terms are usually 30% T/T deposit with balance against B/L copy; L/C at sight is accepted for larger contracts.
Yes. We work drawing-to-part and offer full OEM & ODM support: your dimensions, your material grade, your laser marking, your printed cartons and your own brand on the label. Our engineering team reviews every drawing and returns a feasibility confirmation with tolerances before production starts.
Our manufacturing system is ISO 9001 certified, and products can be supplied to ASME B16.20, EN 1514-1, DIN and JIS dimensions on request. Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), hardness reports and third-party inspection reports from SGS or BV can be arranged before shipment.
Yes. Free samples of standard gasket sizes and sheet offcuts are available; you only cover the courier cost. Every product line is accompanied by a datasheet listing temperature range, pressure rating, chemical compatibility and density so your engineers can approve the material quickly.
Each batch goes through incoming raw material inspection, in-process dimensional checks and a final outgoing inspection with photos. If any product fails to meet the agreed specification, we replace it or credit it, and our technical team will work with you on root-cause analysis within 48 hours.
